I Had A Total Hysterectomy Feb. 19 Of This Year.

I had a total hysterectomy Feb. 19 of this year. I am on 1.5 mg of Estradial daily and testosterone cream, 100 mg of Zoloft, and I feel like a TOTAL basketcase!! I cry one minute and am EXTREMELY irritable... What other things should I be trying to remedy this? Any ideas?
