I Had A Tubal Ligation About A Year And A

I had a tubal ligation about a year and a half ago my gyn found cysts on both ovaries during operation he scraped them off. A couple months later a began to have excruciating pain in my lower abdomin and back I was constantly sick to my stomach and lost 10lbs in about a week and felt faint/lightheaded all the time and excessive creamy discharge. I went in for my annual after a couple of weeks of the pain they did an ultra sound and found fluid from ruptured cyst. My gyn told me if it persisted we would need to discuss treatment options but until then not to worry was normal to get occasionally. Since I have lost my insurance but have continued to have symptoms and pain every 2-3 months. The past 3 months it has happened every month and lasts about 2 weeks with 3-5 days being unbearable I can hardly get out of bed. Should I continue to wait until I have insurance or should I go ahead to the er? I'm worried they won't do much for me at the er.
