I had a tubal ligation just under eighteen years ago. My period has been regular every 27 days for 7 days. This month I was ten days late. I had pain in lower abdomen for last two days. Gradually becoming worse. When I did start today it is a thick creamy like red. I have the sensation to push. I am 39 soon to be 40 years old. I am sexually active with one steady partner. I had a lil concern for tubal pregnancy. Should I be concerned?
