I Had All Four Wisdom Teeth Removed A Week Ago.

I had all four wisdom teeth removed a week ago. They were described to me as impacted with one in particular being extra tough to remove. I'm not in any pain and the swelling is gone. I just have some light bruising. I can still see the socket where the teeth were pulled and am scared of getting food stuck in there. when can I eat foods with seeds like strawberries again? or citrusy things like oranges? or crunchy things like apples? when can I chew with my back teeth again without risking hurting the wounds and delaying healing?
