I Had An IVP Done Due To Large Amount Of

I had an IVP done due to large amount of blood in the urine and extreme lower back pain and constant period like cramping the results said

small calcifications in the pelvis that most likely represent calcified phleboliths.
Bladder contour is grossly normal. There appears to be majority emptying of bladder post void with relatively small appearing postvoid residual noted.

I also had a MRI that said Pelvic congestion syndrome (PCS) work up recommended

I'm confused can you please help me understand, I'm worried because cancer runs VERY VERY high in our family my dad, brother,uncle,first cousin and the list goes on
