I had an MRI. Below are the results but I don't understand what it means. Please interpret into plain language. - At L3-L4 and L4 S1 segments, there is mild facet arthropathy. At the left-sided L4 -S1 facet, there is T2 hyperintensity and facet joint effusion, suggestive of a facet synovitis. The spinal canal and the neural foramina are widely patent. - Tiny vertebral hemangioma is present at L3. - A survey view of the cervical and thoracic spine on low resolution T2 localizer reveals straightening of the lordosis of the cervical spine
