I had an MRI after a fall from a 3step step ladder falling on right side of body falling on very old 40 year old ankle fracture and recently diagnosis after fall, contusion of the medial malleous, high grade spraying of the posterior ligaments of thetalofibular ligamentous complex and healing subacute fracture of the lateral malleolus, osteochondral defect versus impaction injury of the medial dome the mortise is symmetric, can you explain these injuries and does this have anything to do with plantar fasciitis of the foot?
