I Had An MRI Of My Cervical Spine Which Showed

I had an MRI of my cervical spine which showed degenerative disc disease and facet arthropathy, most significant at C6-7 with mild to moderate canal stenosis and mild foraminal stenosis. No cord compression, No disc herniation or fracture. Can you please translate. All I know is that I have nerve pain in my left side of my neck.
