I Had An MRI Recently Due To Breast Cancer In

I had an MRI recently due to breast cancer in the brain. I had whole brain radiation and then the gamma knife. The MRI report showed that I have severe white matter disease. Also, I have mastoid effusions. Is this something to be concerned about?
This is the impression:
1. Improvement in all 6 intra-axial lesions treated with gamma
knife stereotactic radiosurgery in the interim. Please see
lesion by lesion description provided above. No new metastatic
disease.
2. Continued progression of prominent fairly symmetric white
matter disease, typical of patient's prior whole brain
radiation therapy.
3. Subtle increase in size of the ventricles and sulci,
consistent with whole brain post radiation change.
4. New small right greater than left mastoid effusions.
