I Had An Pulmonary Embolism Last November And Been Giving

I had an Pulmonary Embolism last November and been giving myself Fragmin inection until one month ago
Then I been asked to go on Warfarin. I had also a Heart attack in May and since been also on Plavix On top of all that I am also taking chemo med. Axitinib and have high blood pressure. I am feel all those medication are making me sick. and my blood is to thin To I really need the Plavix which I believe is also an blood thinner?
