I Had An Early Menopause At Age 41. Was Later

I had an early menopause at age 41. Was later put on a very large dose of estrogen/premarin because of high cholesterol, for over 11 years. Developed one millimeter breast cancer. Had lumpectomy and radiation. Told by radiologist that I must go off estrogen before radiation and must not go back on. Over 70 years and have had two spinal fractures. I only have osteroperosis in the spine. Total Cholesterol is now at about 170 with a statin. Eliminated coffee and take 1500 mg of calcium with 3000- D and Magnesium. Exercise in my home to strengthen back. Exercise class 2 x wk in warm pool. Last acute fracture is still healing. Can I safely walk? What do you recommend in addition to what I am already doing? Going to Spine surgeon. Waiting for results of 2nd MRI. What kind of questions should I ask him. Thank you.
