I Had An Ectopic Pregnancy In Left Tube So I

I had an ectopic pregnancy in left tube so I hv done laparoscopy just 2 days before.I am 32 years old now. After laparoscopy my endometrium is 11.8mm. Cervix is normal. Right tube is normal. Uterus is anteverted. Both ovaries are normal in size,shape and echomorphology. No free fluid seen in POD.after 2 days I got menstrual cycle. Now can I think about conceive.if there is a chance of ectopic pregnancy in right tube or cervix?? So can Dr. Detect before that there is no chances of ectopic pregnancy..??
