I Had An Endometrial Ablation In April 2011 Due To

I had an endometrial ablation in April 2011 due to severe and prolonged menses and extremely low iron count and blood clots. After the procedure, the clots stopped and the periods became more manageable, lasting 3 to 4 days instead of 10 to 15 days. Everything seemed to be going well until I took a routine urine test at my annual well woman visit in August 2014 when I learned that I was pregnant! After several ultrasounds, I learned the fetus had actually attached to my re-developed uterine lining. Because of personal issues, I decided to terminate the pregnancy. However, for the past year or so, my periods have been back to lasting around 10 to 12 days and I am sooo exhausted and my iron count hovers around 10 to the low 11’s, even with taking multiple daily iron pills. Can my doctor do another ablation to see if it will work for me again?
