Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had an mri last year and I know I have spinal stenosis. I have been to PT and have had dry needling and exercises that helped. I even do beginner's yoga twice a week now. I all of a sudden experienced some aching pain in my right hip made worse by sitting. At night when I am trying to fall asleep it bothers me. I have strengthened my core and I thought I was doing better. I also have osteopenia. Should I go to a neurosurgeon or just try PT and dry needling again?
