I had been experiencing very small amounts of blood either in my stool or on the toilet paper and it was always bright red. I also have been either constipated or having diarrhea alternating and never having a regular bowel movement. I constantly feel like I need too go but when I try nothing will come out and if it does it just small pebbles but I've recently noticed that there is always mucus (I think) when I wipe and more recently it is bloody and last night I thought I had to go but it was literally just bloody mucus and what I'm guessing are blood clots that were on the very bottom of the toilet and also a bit more than usual amount of blood on the toilet paper. The blood ranges from bright red to a bit darker like you usually see when your nose bleeds and it clots) Along with this I've been really gassy to the point I dont always have control over it and with gas or dihhrea its really bad smelling and I am also really beltchy which I never do usually and my stomach will get really bloated after eating some times where it looks like I'm pregnant and hurts, but this doesnt always happen. Also when I'm straining or if I push on certain spots on my stomach it will make this weird gurgly type noise I have never heard before and theres always some movement like feeling in my stomach and sometime I can see where part of my stomach is pushed up(I'm really skinny so its pretty easy to see). Also a few things that could be unrelated but better safe than sorry, I've been getting nose bleeds and think I might habe a sinus infection but the mucus is like extremely sticky and weird. Also I have depression and havent been able to refill my prescription for two months but will in a week so I think its likely related to that but I have no energy I'm just exhausted (which is usual for me when I'm depressed) also randomly get a little dizzy. So now that I've been all disgusting, I plan to go to the urgent care tomorrow but would like some peace of mind because cancer is a pretty scary thought. Cancer does run in my family (along with heart disease, depression) but none were colon cancer, esphogus cancer, skin, breast, and one more I don't know and also they found an LGSIL on my pap test which has been there since like 2009 but they dont want to do anything until I turn 25 in case it goes away on its own, I had part of my thyroid removed due to a mass that was benign but kept getting bigger, and I had hellp syndrome when pregnant with my son, thats the only major medical things but i thought they might be helpful.
