I Had Biopsies Done: Duodenum, Polyp - Tubular (low-grad Epithelial

I had biopsies done: Duodenum, polyp - tubular (low-grad epithelial dysplasia), Ampulla biopsy - fragment of tubular adenoma (low grade epithelial dysplasia), Stomach, random gastric polyps, biopsy - fragments of fundic gland polyp, negative for dysplasia, Pouch polyps - fragment of tubular adenoma (low-grade epithelial dysplasia), and Anal transitional zone, biopsy - fragments of tubular adenoma (low-grade epithelial dysplasia). I don't understand all of this! I just want to know if I have to be worried regarding all of these biopsies, I have to have this done yearly
