I Had Breast Cancer, Had Radiation For 5 Days. I

I had breast cancer, had radiation for 5 days. I this something that should be treated with Aredia? Is it just for people that have had Chemo. Does this treatment stop cancer from spreading to my bones? I am concerned about the side effects and whether this treatment is necessary.
