I Had Cancer Two Years Ago That Was Treated Through

I had cancer two years ago that was treated through surgery only. I have low white blood cell count, neutrophils in particular, and have had some weird infections in the past year. I also have a higher than normal A/G ratio. I also had some abnormal pap smear results recently, despite having had all four reproductive organs removed due to cervical cancer. Is there a possible relationship here indicting something more like an immunodeficiency disease?
