I Had Cataract Surgery On Both Eyes. My Left Eye

I had cataract surgery on both eyes. My left eye the doctor did twice. I found out that he did not check with the eye doctor that had done Lasik's on them before he did the left eye. He went back and did the left eye again because I had a half moon with my sight. Left eye is for distance & Right eye for close up. I don't seem to have a problem with that. (right eye I had done by another surgeon) I have had a balance problem for some time now & have had MRI, Cat scan, Ears & nose checked with no results. My current eye doctor says he can find no reason for the imbalance. It seems to be getting worse. Wonder if I could have the left eye treated again with another lens and if that would help?
