I Had Diverticulitis. I Failed Outpatient Antibiotic Treatment. I Became

I had diverticulitis. I failed outpatient antibiotic treatment. I became septic. Sepsis caused multiple liver abcesses. I was hospitalized for 30+ days. They drained my accesses as best they could. The accesses caused an infection in the plural lining of my lung. I had surgery to power wash the lung. I am now on IV outpatient antibiotics for 5 weeks. How long realistically until I feel better? Will it take 5 weeks? I've been out of hospital for 2 weeks and am still tire easily. They are doing another thorasinthesis (Sp?) to drain new fluid in lung. How long does this stuff last?
