I Had Double Bypass Surgery On My Heart - 16

I had double bypass surgery on my heart - 16 May. I have healed quite well - no difficulties - no problems. I would like to know how long should I wait before returning to the pool for lap swimming. Both my surgeon and my regular VA doctor have told me to confer with the other. Go figure.
