I Had Emergency Surgery For Stag 3 Colon Cancer In

I had emergency surgery for stag 3 colon cancer in my ascending colon in Jan. 1991 at 45. The tumor had completely blocked my intestine. Laparotomy with hemicolectomy. 71/5 yrs later in 1998 it returned as a Krukengurg tumor surgery and a prognosis of death within 2 yrs at best.
Over the past mo. I have had very sm if any bowel movements and it has changed from normal. My GI dr cannot even see me until Feb 29 and do a scope until March 11. How can I continue to eat and last that long without discovering what is wrong. I feel that I either have adhesions or another tumor. I live on the Big Island of Hawaii and have only 2 GI. Drs. On this side. Would you recommend going to Oahu if I can get the money or is it alright to wait? What can I do to elevate what is happening?
