I Had Extreme Lower Abdominal Pain And Then Blacked Out.

I had extreme lower abdominal pain and then blacked out. Witnesses say I was unresponsive , trying to breath through nose, and my eyes were open. Happened again a few minutes later. Then I relieved myself of a bowel movement and was better. Next day felt really drained and tired. Minimal abdominal pain but a little sore.
