I Had Fairly Severe Left Side Chest Pain While In

I had fairly severe left side chest pain while in bed after taking a BENADRYL type sleep aid. It finally stopped after taking nitroglycerin pill. I was also taking hydromorphone HCL due to a recent total hip replacement.
I am active and had a stress test, EKG etc just before the surgery which was 3 weeks ago. Never have had
anything like it before
