I Had Gammy Knife Surgery In May For A Meningioma.

I had gammy knife surgery in May for a meningioma. My 6 month post op scan states 'significant vasogenic edema which produces minimal herniation of the uncus and slight displacement of the right lateral aspect of the brainstem which was not present in previous scan (performed prior to the surgery). should I be concerned? I see the surgeon tomorrow.
