I Had Gastroc Recession In Both Legs 17 Days Ago.

I had gastroc recession in both legs 17 days ago. Got boots off at 2 weeks. Right calf is just normal sore and I can shuffle around on it ok. But left calf is almost unbearable and can't move it, put weight on it or do anything really. Should I be concerned and go back to see surgeon?
