I Had Gotten An Electric Shock Back In November. I

I had gotten an electric shock back in November. I had numbness in my arm which went away after a couple of days and a headache that is still going on. It started at an 8 on a 1-10 scale and within a month went down to a 4. Now it is a constant 4 that does not go away. I also have sensitivity to light which increases the intensity of the headache when exposed to sunlight or fluorescent lighting. EEG shown normal and MRI also didn't show anything. Optic nerve shows no damage.
