I Had My Bottom Impacted Wisdom Teeth Removed Last Thursday.

I had my bottom impacted wisdom teeth removed last Thursday. Swelling is down, I still cannot open my mouth fully. Also after the stitches dissolved the hole from the extraction site is still exposed. And I have a lump on my jawline, is this all normal?
