I Had Myomectomy 2 Years Ago For A Removal Of

I had myomectomy 2 years ago for a removal of an 8x13 cm posterior fibroid. I had normal menstruation for around 3 months after the operation. On the 4th month, until now, I've been having very light vaginal bleedings in between periods lasting for around 10 days. Only on the last week prior to my succeeding period does the light bleeding stop. I was diagnosed to have a 1.8cm cyst in my ovary which was detected only after myomectomy but according to my obygyne, this cannot be the reason for my abnormal bleeding. I am currently on pills as suggested by my obygyne (4th month) but still, the bleeding is still there. Should I be worried about my situation? Thank you
