I Had Neck Surgery In 2002 I Was Told A

I had neck surgery in 2002 I was told a year later that the surgery that the vertebraes that were replaced with cadaver bone were now causing major damage. The spinal cord and nerve were being pinched and the surgery could not be reversed. About three months ago I was riding my bike there was a car accident and instead of the city cleaning up all of the glass and metal the pushed it up on the sidewalk and left it. I was riding on the sidewalk, I turned the corner and hit the metal and glass. I was thrown off of the bike. I heard my neck crack three times. Every since then I have severe pain. Numbness, tingling and burning in my hands and feet. I lose my balance all of the time. It s very difficult for me to walk. My disposition is short, I get angry and short tempered. It's difficult for me to dress myself. Someone has to help me to do the most simple tasks. The worse thing for me is I have medical and the doctors and hospital here don't do anything for me. Could you please help me figure what out what is wrong and the best way to get the proper help
