I Had One And Only One Depo Provera Injection In

I had one and only one depo provera injection in October 2015, I did not go back for my second shot and it is now 30th April 16. Since March I have been experiencing nausea, breast tenderness, slight cramping but almost like flutters/twinges in my abdomen. My periods have still not returned. I am terrified that I am pregnant but I have NOT had unprotected sex as we used condoms after depo, and to my knowledge there was no accidents with the condom. However after I quit depo I was experiencing spotting/light bleeding, this was around the time I was having PROTECTED sex. I have taken about six pregnancy tests and they all have said negative (I don't know when my periods are so have been testing for the last month/s). Is this normal?
