I Had Open Heart Surgery Two Years Ago To Repair/replace

I had open heart surgery two years ago to repair/replace the mitral and aortic valves-a small extra appendage was also removed to reduce the possibility of a stroke. I take 1.25 mg of bisoprolol each evening and the same of coamilofruse each morning but still find that my ankles swell by the afternoon. More difficult is the cold feet I feel at night and the numbness and stiffness in my ankles all the time. Are there any alternate medicines I could take?I am 84.
