Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had peroxide in a water bottle cap and I used a syringe to put some into my ears and clean them out. The syringe WAS new and I hadn't used it for anything but that. Not thinking, I threw it back where I keep my NEW syringes. I must've grabbed that same one when I went to inject my "drug of choice". Sucked up water, mixed it, proceeded to inject it, afterwards noticing that my cottons were fizzing as if carbonated. Skin got red and irritated and headache and nausea began. Could this have been deadly? Should I proceed to throw everything away to assure sterility?
