I Had Radiation To My Face And Neck Area As

I had radiation to my face and neck area as a child to reduce a keloid that was on my left jaw line back in the 1950's. Forty some odd years later I had one left submandibular node turn into Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma right under the spot where I had received the radiation. It was the only place the Lymphoma was found as bone marrow and PET scans were all negative for any other disease.I was told by doctors at Sloan Kettering, that the Lymphoma could well have been caused by the radiation I had first received as a child.
I was treated with chemo for three months, I then received another 3,700 rads in the same area. This was 14 years ago. From various CT reports, I seem to have developed soft tissue stranding in my neck and recently, I've noticed I'm having a little difficulty in swallowing as when I do it feels like I have something stuck in my throat. Is this anything to be concerned about?
