I Had Rotator Cuff Surgery To Repair A Small Tear

I had rotator cuff surgery to repair a small tear in my susp and some bone spurs, I have full ROM but sometimes when I move or turn quickly I get a sharp, piercing stabbing pain in my deltoid area that goes away quickly but it is very painful and a total different pain than my typical rehab pain. is this normal?
