I Had Rotor Cuff Surgery Two Years Ago They Went

I had rotor cuff surgery two years ago they went in and shaved humorous and snipped a tendon in my bicep but basically did not fix the cuff it was filled with arthritis the pain is bad especially at night now my other shoulder is getting bad,both arms are numb and I'm at my wits end I'm. Scared to do any thing because first surgery was a complete failure I'm 58 years old male and pretty active what do you suggest thanks
