I Had Some Oral Surgery One Month Ago, And Was

I had some oral surgery one month ago, and was given a 7-day antibiotic to prevent any infection. I healed well, but then 10 days later I came down with sudden vomiting and severe diarrhea (no fever). The next day, I felt fine, but then the following day, the symptoms returned, and I have had them for the past 20 days (except for one other day when I felt fine). I have followed the BRAT diet, but it hasn't helped. The most significant symptom is diarrhea upon awakening, and also after I eat breakfast, a snack or lunch. For some reason, I seem to do OK after dinner. Some days the diarrhea is quite frequent; other days maybe only twice. The vomiting has stopped, but I tend to get queasy and regurgitate a small amount of liquid whenever I have something to drink. My regular doctor ran some blood tests and stool specimen tests, but all came out normal. Today, I finally saw an gastroenterologist. She isn't sure what it is, so ran a few more blood tests and stool specimen tests. In the meantime, she has prescribed a stronger anti-diarrhea med and told me to start taking probiotics. Do you have any suggestions?
