I Had Sudden Onset Diarrhea On Tuesday. The Cramps And

I had sudden onset diarrhea on Tuesday. The cramps and rectal pressure were very intense. I felt okay, not great, the next day, but I was leary of eating. Thursday I ate normally. Today I ate a scone, an apple with peanut butter, a banana. I had my usual two cups of coffee. At around 2pm I felt a strong urge to use the bathroom, I had a normal BM, but the cramps did not go away, they intensified. 30 minutes later I was having diarrhea. The cramping and pressure in my rectum have not abated, only increased. The little bit of feces that comes out looks like red, granular coffee. I ate about a 1/2 cup of red-beans and rice last night, perhaos that is what I am seeing in the toilet?
