I Had The Mirena Coil Taken Out In The Beginning

I had the Mirena coil taken out in the beginning of October and took a plan b as well. I had a bleed a week later and then another bleed on the 22nd of November (a week late) lasted less then a normal period but was red.
In the past few days I've been feeling really nauseous in the morning. I'm off my food and I have bad heartburn at night. I can't get to sleep till early morning which is not like me.
I did two clear blue pregnancy tests this afternoon. As they was moving across there was a positive line (not bold but quite apparent). After the control line came the lines had faded considerably and you can barely see them.
I am also taking spironolactone.
I wanted to know whether it's a false positive or uncountable. Also when I could have conceived. My period is due in 11 days so isn't it too early for a positive result? Unless the bleed wasn't a true period? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks
