I Had This Strange Rolling Sensation In My Upper Abdominal

I had this strange rolling sensation in my upper abdominal not painful, it did not feel like muscles at all it was deep in there it started as a tingling sensation , not gas either? I'm a 21 year old female , I have a very very irregular cycle I'm on my 75th day this isn't rare for me to miss periods. Took a pregnancy test a few days ago . Negative.
