I Had To Make A Trip To The E.R. A

I had to make a trip to the E.R. a week ago. I was newly diagnosed with Hypertension and Acute Headache.
I was prescribed metoprolol Tartrate 25mg twice daily and Lisinopril-Hctz 20/12.5 mg once daily.
I believe I accidentally took the Lisinopril twice. I woke from my sleep extremely dizzy, nauseous and could barely make it to the bathroom feeling faint. I did not take my morning dose of meds because I felt my blood pressure may have been really low. I was feeling better in the afternoon, it is now evening and after showering and getting dressed my heart began to palpitate. Do I wait for next dosage time to resume my meds or just take the Metoprolol alone?
