I had unprotected sex one day before my ovulation thus the 12th day after my periods and then drunk postinor-2 the next day in the morning, thus the 13th day-the exact day of my ovulation and later that evening I felt ovulation cramps, will the postinor-2 work??

I do not know if I am being paranoid or anything but I feel like my breast are enlarging and having slight abdominal cramps. Can I drink anything to just disrupt any sort of conception? Please advice.
