I had visited this orthopedics office only 3 times, on the third visit he said I needed surgery on my cervical spine that would require a "plate" and "rods" and replacing "discs" ( He made it sound like he was going to change a tire! ). In all 3 visits this "doctor" had spoken MAYBE a total of 10 minutes. I know I need surgery, I have had a cervical fusion in the past ( hernia )and have degenerative condition, along with a few hernias and spinal stenosis. I need to find another Doctor! What is the best way to find a Doctor with credentials and experience,not to mention that will take the time to at least explain what "HE" or "SHE" intends to do?
