I Had What I Thought Was A Small Wood Tick

I had what I thought was a small wood tick bit on my side the day after walking in the woods looking at a cabin. A couple of days later I saw a red circular area form in the general area where the tick was bit on. It is somewhat itchy.
After several days, the redness has not changed and at times seems darker than at the begining. Now an irregularly shaped red ring has formed just above the red circular area Does this sound like the bullseye rash that can be an indication of lymes disease? The second ring is not surrounding the original red area, but is just above it by an inch. The diameters of the red circle is one inch and the red ring is also about one inch. Do I need to be seen by a doctor?
