my menstrual cycle were 40 days last time and 50days so far this time, last period being 14/11. i were spotting last night which i have never done before. do i need to see my gp?

19 years old and yes pain and pretty sizeable clots but the pain isnt that bad most of the time
You need to see a doctor and get a pelvic examination and an ultrasound.Need to rule out pathology like fibroids.

Its a benign tumor of the uterus.Easily treatable.An ultrasound will confirm if thats the case.Buts it only one of the possibilities.If the ultrasound is normal some other tests have to be done.
