I Have Fibromyalgia And Chronic Lymes Disease. I Rarely See

I have Fibromyalgia and Chronic Lymes disease. I rarely see a doctor because I can't afford insurance so I go to a clinic to get refills on my blood pressure medicine. Within the past 2-3 months I have been experiencing more and more fatigue that is so bad it feels like my blood has been drained. Within the past week the tops of my feet and up to my knees have become greatly swollen and sore. I've noticed for the most part my body has become increasingly sore to the touch and I'm just achy all over. I have had a few bouts of pain across my chest and on both sides of my throat but I also suffer with Costochondritis so that's what I blame it on. Is there any research that would show these problems to be associated with Lymes? Also about a month ago my bulls eye rash appeared on my hand again.
