I Have Improper Ejaculation

I have ejaculation while sleeping normally and when i wake up i find it to be really uncomfortable.....also i have done masturbation few times only...is this related to it.....ALso my sperm is like a gel like substance and looks like a saliva..IS this an abnormality ?
