I Have Multiple Sclerosis (SPMS) And Am On Tysabri And

I have Multiple Sclerosis (SPMS) and am on Tysabri and Baclofen. My family doctor also found that I have Osteoporosis and is referring me to an Endocrinologist for a medication for it. My doctor told me to do my research on the medications to find which i might think is best for me. Her initial rewcommendation was Prolia, but I found that it interacts with my Tysabri infusions. She wants me to get on a biphosphate drug, but I found that all of the other biphosphate drugs interact with my Baclofen. While Forteo is not a biphosphate drug, it doesn't interact with any of my medications. Should I go with that, or with one of the biphosphate drugs even though they interact with my medications?
