I have Myelofibrosis. Low risk. Is Nasal Crom unsafe to take? I was reading about some serious side effects. Mastocycosis? Is that the right term? Sounded bad like needing stem cell transplantation or it causing leukemia? I’ve been on this for 20 years. Please advise.
