I Have RA, The Past Two Days I Have Several

I have RA, the past two days I have several hot joints runny nose extreme fatigue and now a temperature of 100. I take 10 2.5mg methotrexate every Tuesday along with plaquinil twice a day. Is this just part of the regular RA drama or is this a flu type bug?
